Joe Rybarski is President of Financial Specialty Risk Managers, LLC. He has more than 18 years of experience in providing insurance solutions that minimize real estate risk for lenders involved in net lease transactions. Primarily known for expertise in the area of casualty and condemnation insurance, Joe also has proficiency in applying insurance to solve issues related to environmental impairment of commercial properties. In addition, he has developed creative applications of residual value insurance to add a competitive edge in real estate financing. Joe’s formal education resulted in a B.A. degree from Western Illinois University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago. He has also earned insurance industry credentials in the form of his designations as Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
