Joe Rybarski is President of Financial Specialty Risk Management, Inc. He has more than 10 years of experience in providing insurance solutions that minimize real estate risk for lenders involved in CTL transactions. Primarily known for expertise in the arena of casualty and condemnation insurance, Joe also has long exhibited proficiency in solving issues related to environmental impairment of commercial properties. In addition, he has nearly a decade of experience in providing risk management solutions to companies engaged in energy exploration and production.

Joe’s formal education resulted in a B.A. degree from Western Illinois University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago. He has also earned insurance industry credentials in the form of his designations as Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM).

Ben Miner has experience gained as an underwriter and broker of Management Liability coverages that include Directors and Officers Liability (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPL) and Fiduciary Coverage. He also has experience providing insurance solutions that act to reduce real estate risk for lenders involved in CTL transactions. Some of these solutions address casualty and condemnation, environmental and residual value risks.

Ben’s formal education resulted in both a B.A. degree and a Master’s in Finance from Purdue University. He is a member of Delta Tau Delta and is currently working toward obtaining his Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation.

Prior to college, Ben spent four years in the United States Marine Corps. While in the Marines, he served in the infantry and security forces as a Corporal and was honorably discharged.
