|  Community Association/Directors and Officers Liability
We provide coverage for the Directors and Officers of Community Associations with fewer than 1,000 units utilizing carriers rated A+ XV (excellent) or better. Policy limits up to $5,000,000 are available. Employment Practices Liability coverage can be included for no additional charge for associations having 10 or fewer employees.
Eligible Associations
Eligible risks include:
• Homeowners Associations
• Townhome Associations
• Condominium Associations • Planned Unit Developments
• Mobile Home Parks
• These risks must also exhibit the following characteristics to qualify for the coverage: |
- Average unit values less than $1,000,000
- 2 claims or fewer within the last 5 years
- At least 70% of the units have been sold

Ineligible Managers |
- More than 1,000 units
- Average unit value greater than $1,000,000
- Builder, developer or agent representation on the board
- Associations with any of the following exposures: airport or airstrip, country club, golf course, water or sewage treatment facility
- Timeshares or retail associations
- Associations located in Louisiana
