We provide coverage for home inspectors utilizing carriers rated A-VIII (excellent) or better. Policy limits up to $1,000,000 are available, and deductibles start as low as $5,000.
Eligible Inspectors
Eligible inspectors will have at least three years of related industry experience and be certified in home inspection. Newly established firms are acceptable: |
Ineligible Companies |
- Companies located in CA, HI and WV
- More than 10% of revenue derived commercial or industrial inspections
- Inspections testing for pollutants
- Pest/vermin inspections
