|  Insurance Agents & Brokers Professional Liability
We provide coverage for insurance agents and brokers with premium revenues up to $10,000,000 utilizing carriers rated A+ XV (excellent) or better. Policy limits up to $1,000,000 are available, and deductibles start as low as $5,000. Defense costs are outside the limit.
Eligible Companies
Eligible companies will have been in business at least three years or, alternatively, the principals will have at least three years related experience. For agencies located in TX or FL, 5 years of operations/experience is required. In addition, acceptable risks will exhibit the following characteristics: |
- No more than 1 E&O claim in the last 5 years, and no claim over $10,000.
- At least 65% of volume is in personal lines

Greater than $500,000 of total premium volume in commercial property and casualty
