|  Property Managers Professional Liability
We provide coverage for residential or commercial property mangers utilizing carriers rated A+ XV (excellent) or better. Policy limits up to $5,000,000 are available, subject to a minimum $2,500 deductible. Employment Practices Liability and Tenant Discrimination coverage can be included for an additional charge.
Eligible Managers
Eligible risks include:
• Managers of homeowners associations, condo associations, apartments, co-ops, vacation properties and individual homes.
• Managers of office buildings, shopping centers, malls, industrial and warehouse properties.
• Property managers that are also involved in the selling of real estate.
• These risks must also exhibit the following characteristics to qualify for the coverage: |
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Less than $5,000,000 in revenue
- No more than 2 E&O claims in the last 5 years

Ineligible Managers |
- Managers of properties built by the property manager or related entity
- Those involved in setting up REITs
- Specialists in high-valued residential property ($500,000 for individual apartments and $750,000 for condo/homeowner associations or 1-4 family dwellings)
- Managers of farms, hotels, country clubs
- Applicants in AK or LA
