|  Real Estate Agents Professional Liability
We provide coverage for real estate agents utilizing carriers rated A+ XV (excellent) or better. Policy limits up to $5,000,000 are available, subject to a minimum $2,500 deductible. Discrimination coverage is included within the policy form. Claims resulting from internet sales/marketing are also covered.
Eligible Agents/Agencies
Elibigle risks include firms with up to 50 agents and $5,000,000 in revenue. These risks must also exhibit the following characteristics to qualify for the coverage: |
- No more than 2 professional liability claims in the last 5 years
- No more than 10% of revenue is from sales of homes built by you or a related construction/development company
- No more than 35% of income comes from property management, appraisal activity or commercial sales
- Average sales price is less than $600,000
